WSP is moving their offices to Kakelhuset in Marievik

We at Studio Stockholm Arkitektur are, together with AMF Fastigheter AB, thrilled to announce that WSP is moving their offices to Kakelhuset in Marievik. Kakelhuset is now almost fully leased prooving that both Marievik and our work with Kakelhuset are perfectly in tune with the current and future market.

Studio Stockholm Arkitektur is the concept architect for Kakelhuset and, together with AMF Fastigheter AB, Equator Stockholm, and IN3PRENÖR AB, we have enhanced the distinctive architecture of Kakelhuset. By opening up larger windows facing the water and introducing brand-new floor-to-ceiling glass partitions in the atrium, we have succeeded in creating bright, open office spaces with transparency, flexibility, and a large sense of spaciousness – a property designed for the future.
