Cirio
Cirio’s new office will offer a dynamic and varied work environment – with a number of different solutions for workflows, meetings and projects – compared to the traditional law firm. The new office is located in Vildmannen 7 in the prestigious Bibliotekstan. After the fire that destroyed the property in 2017, extensive work has been done to build a new property behind the stone facade. Today’s premises offer large, flexible areas with good opportunities to let Cirio’s brand take its place and support the agency’s expansion.

Klarna
We have given Klarna the unexpected, the quirky, the wow-factor and the dynamic environment without sacrificing any functionality. Klarna´s new offices should always reflect Klarna’s bold personality and smooth shopping philosophy. Studio Stockholm is bringing Klarna’s seamless digital experience into the real world, making it feel like a living manifestation of the world of Klarna. Klarna is one of the largest reuse projects in Stockholm.

The transformation was far from a simple facelift; it was about creating an environment that fosters collaboration, showcases the company’s tech-savvy nature, and ultimately, manifests their commitment to improving the gaming experience for their customers.Central to this transformation was a deep-rooted emphasis on sustainability, ensuring that the property was not just refurbished, but rejuvenated in a manner that extended its lifespan and resonated with a forward-thinking, environmentally-conscious ethos.

Återbrukskontoret – Fabege
The driving force behind Återbrukskontoret in Solna Business Park is simple: reuse. Property owner Fabege set out to transform what was once an unremarkable office space by making reuse the cornerstone of the project.
