Studio Stockholm is developing Pembroke’s new Stockholm office
Pembroke, the global real estate advisor, has commissioned Studio Stockholm Arkitektur to design their Stockholm office. The task entails providing strategic advice, design concepts, and interior design for the company’s existing facilities.
Pembroke Real Estate opened its doors in Stockholm in 2008 and is currently seated at Mäster Samuelsgatan 20. In connection with the development of their roughly 350-square meter office, they are now launching a collaboration with Studio Stockholm, which will initially be in charge of strategy and brand analysis. The assignment will also include design concepts and interior planning in the following stages.
– We are thrilled to have received this trust from Pembroke. Due to their focus on commercial real estate in general and office space in particular, they understand the office’s importance for the employees, the brand, and the business. These are the starting values that suit us very well at Studio Stockholm, which is why we look forward to collaborating to create long-term sustainable solutions for tomorrow’s offices, says Karolina Nyström, responsible interior architect.
The assignment will focus on optimizing flows to bolster well-being and productivity, balancing expressions of professionalism and innovation, and tying the office environment and the urban impression in the outdoor setting together. One of the many things we will develop further is the premise’s unutilized roof terrace. Given the incredibly high standard that generally characterizes the Swedish office market, the hope is that the Stockholm office will be able to serve as an inspiration for Pembroke globally.
– We are very excited to embark on this adventure with Studio Stockholm. Their experience from office development for established real estate companies and global players signifies that we have found a partner that will deliver solutions that support who we are – today and tomorrow, says Kristin Willerström of Pembroke.
The collaboration will begin in late spring 2022 and then continue through autumn.
