Samsung’s Swedish headquarters
When the time came for tech giant Samsung to exchange its large rather anonymous office in Sweden for a better and more efficient space, the commission went to Studio Stockholm. The challenge was to create a working environment that would encourage much more cross-divisional interaction among employees. At the same time, Samsung wanted an office that would be more inspiring and reflective of its high-tech brand.
Studio Stockholm was not only involved in finding appropriate premises for Samsung, but also in charge of leading Samsung’s transition into a new way of working. This included responsibility for the overall renovation and development of the property as well as responsibility for conceptualising the modern brand in its interior design concept. The process has resulted in an office that truly reflects Samsung and its “Living the Brand” concept.
