Studio Stockholm continues to expand with four new employees
Marie Holmberg was most recently a project managing architect at Nina Kummelstedt Design and prior to this amassed a wealth of experience from international architectural offices. She worked at Aedas in Hong Kong, Hamiltons Architects in London and Strategisk Arkitektur in Stockholm. She has extensive experience in hotels, offices and upscale housing projects.
“I feel that Studio Stockholm’s creative and professional approach to an architect’s role, colleagues and a project is entirely consistent with my international background and my values. Their humble boldness caught my interest right away and I look forward to being an active member of Studio Stockholm’s energetic and growing team”, says Marie Holmberg.
Caroline Junhager was most recently a project managing interior designer at BSK Arkitekter where she worked on activity-based offices such as Vasakronan and Wise, as well as activity-based educational environments like Open Lab. Before that, she worked at Wall to Wall architectural office.
“Wanting to become a part of Studio Stockholm’s incredible development seems like the obvious choice for me. The studio’s extensive expertise and experience within activity-based offices and brand building environments is unique and inspiring. I look forward to contributing my knowledge in a company where customers and the creative results are constantly in focus”, says Caroline Junhager.
In addition, Studio Stockholm has hired Andreas Beijer as an interior design intern and Dag Elfgren as an architect intern.
“Marie’s considerable experience in international high-budget projects, Caroline’s expertise in activity-based environments, Andreas’ knowledge in furniture design and Dag’s understanding of office adaptations will all help to further build our team. We have additional employees joining the team and we see a very bright future ahead of us”, says Marco Checchi, a partner at Studio Stockholm Arkitektur.
